Simulações de Nanoantenas Dipolo Cônicas naFaixa de Terahertz

The present paper present a theoretical study on the behavior of nanoantennas when excited by a voltage source, in addition to an analysis of the responses in relation to the antenna geometry. Antennas in the distance range where they are investigated are analyzed, a bandwidth, an input impedance, a resonance frequency and irradiation diagram. The selected results can be useful for designing efficient nanoantennas for terahertz communications.
