Método Multifractal de Classificação de Tráfego

In this paper we present an approach for the traffic identification. Using a novel construction scheme of multiplicative cascade, based on Newton Binomial expression, parameters of the traffics analyzed were obtained. Next we apply the concept of statistical machine learning with the packet flows to determine the traffic class. The results demonstrated that the proposed method is feasible and efficient to classify traffic, obtaining quite significant accuracy rates.
