Modelo para Previsão da Qualidade de Experiência na Transmissão de Vídeo sobre IP

The demand for video content have shown a significant growth in this decade. Parallel to this increase in demand is the challenge in supply the quality of experience (QoE) expected bytheuserwhileprovisioningofnetworkresources.Inthispaper we propose a model to predict the QoE using the utilization and the number of aggregate flows of videos. The study also shows how the video motion, the size of the GOP, and spatial compression affects QoE. One of the main applications for this model is to admission control of new flows in the network.
