Abstract
In this work we study the problem of total transmit data rate minimization in a multiservice cellular system subject to constraints on the minimum number of satisfied users per service in SC-FDMA (Single Carrier - Frquency Division Multiple Access) such as in LTE (Long Term Evolution) system. Motivated by the high computational complexity to obtain the optimal solution, we propose a low computational complexity suboptimal solution. The results obtained through computational simulations show that the proposed solution presents satisfactory results regarding both outage rate and energy efficiency.
