Resumo

Manual test-activity allocation on agile teams has poor scalablity, traceability and load balance. We formalize the problem as a multi-objective unrelated-parallel-machine scheduling problem with eligibility, deadline and workload constrains, and propose a three-phase heuristic: (i) M/M/c queueing-theory sizing, (ii) greedy construction driven by a priority score, and (iii) 2-opt local search refinement. On real data (26 testers, 852h of demand), the approach cuts workload standart deviation by 22,5%, overload by 36,5% and allocation time from 2h to 30 s.
