Abstract
This article presents the electrical characterization of different samples of commercially available reduced graphene oxide (RGO) nanoplatelets with distinct physical features. The electrical response was evaluated in terms of resistivity and transmittance variation as a function of the applied DC voltage. The reproducibility of the results and the behavior of the sample over multiple measurement cycles were evaluated. The results demonstrate that RGO nanoplatelets undergo a resistivity relaxation process, which significantly reduces the variation in the sample's resistance and transmittance across multiple measurement cycles.Download
