Abstract
This paper presents the formulation of a computer program for the analysis of radio links of sounding rockets. To increase the accuracy of the received power estimates the program uses the tridimensional radiated field distributions of both rocket and ground antennas, allowing to account for the polarization mismatch along the entire trajectory. Some examples are given to show the program's capabilities, and they consider cylindrical arrays with four and sixteen microstrip antennas. The array with sixteen elements leads to a lower variation of the received power along the proposed trajectory.
