Study about Brain-computer interface (BCI) using the steady state visual evoked potential (SSVEP) paradigm through the characterization of responses of repetitive visual stimuli, analysis of pre-acquired electroencephalogram (EEG) signals, comparison between CAR and short Laplacian spatial filters and the development of classifiers Least Squares (LS) and minimum distance, with validation tests using the hold-out method with Monte Carlo.
