Abstract

The use of cloud computing has brought the need for searching new techniques for optimization of available physical resources, hardware virtualization being one among them. Therefore, this paper proposes the usage of containers to improve performace and optimize the resources available on the Itinerant Data Center (IDC), so it can host CIT services in a flexivel, agile and versatile way.
