B-SSIM: Structural Similarity Index for Blurred Videos

This paper presents the B-SSIM, a new metric to video quality assessment based on the structural similarity index and the spatial perceptual information. It shows a better correlation with the quality perceived by the human visual system, than the metrics PSNR, SSIM and MultiScale-SSIM (MS- SSIM).
